My Bridge Clarity · by Blue Stone Consulting

You shouldn't have to decode your own diagnosis in the middle of the night.

We transform overwhelming medical reports into clear, visual guides — so patients and families can finally understand what's happening, and face what comes next with clarity instead of fear.

Founded by husband-and-wife co-founders Reem and Ayman El-Sawa — after Reem's cancer journey and Ayman's battle with serious spinal conditions left them both drowning in reports no one had time to explain. Born in Houston, in the heart of the Texas Medical Center ecosystem.

Clarity is not a luxury. It's something every patient deserves.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone
The Problem

The communication bridge between hospitals and patients is breaking.

Hospitals and clinics deliver complex information — imaging reports, lab results, x-rays, and care plans — often in clinical language patients were never trained to read.

Patients receive a large volume of overwhelming information in a very short window, with little time to process what it means or what to do next.

The result is low understanding — and when patients cannot act on what they receive, the communication bridge between hospitals and patients breaks.

Communication gap between hospital and patient: lab results, clinical notes, care plans, and follow-ups are fragmented, leading to disjointed information, missed context, delayed treatment, uncertainty, seeking more opinions, and stress.
RESULT OF THE BROKEN BRIDGE
Hospital & Clinic Side
Procedures and follow-ups go uncompleted

When patients do not understand their reports or next steps, recommended care often never happens. Hospitals lose a chance to serve the patient — and the revenue from clinically indicated procedures and follow-up visits that were discussed but never completed.

The Broken Bridge
A gap that costs both sides

Hospitals pour resources into reaching patients — yet the post-visit gap remains. The core issue affects both sides: wasted marketing spend on one end, and patients unable to proceed with care on the other. Visibility brings them in; understanding is what moves them forward.

Patient Side
From confusion to harm

Patients leave confused and hesitate to act. Without clear understanding of their results and next steps, delayed care follows — and over time, a condition gets worse that could have been addressed earlier with timely follow-through.

The Real Cost of This Gap

When patients cannot act on what they receive, the impact is measurable — for health systems and for the people they serve.

This is not a failure of intelligence on either side. It is a failure of communication — and both hospitals and patients deserve a bridge that works.

My Bridge Clarity uses orchestrated AI to structure, simplify, and personalize complex clinical information into clear visual reports. The platform helps patients gain clear visuals, easier understanding, confidence, next-step clarity, and active participation in care, while helping hospitals and clinics reduce lost patients, improve follow-through, strengthen communication, lower wasted marketing spend, and create a win-win outcome.
Our Solution

One platform. Two audiences. Patients gain clarity — hospitals gain results.

My Bridge Clarity rebuilds the communication bridge — turning complex medical reports, imaging, and care plans into clear, visual, actionable guides that patients and families can finally understand.

For patients and families: less confusion, faster decisions, and a guide they can review at home and bring to their next appointment.

For hospitals and clinics: stronger follow-through, fewer lost patients, and a way to protect the marketing investment already made to reach each person.

  • Visual clarity patients can hold onto — diagrams and plain language that replace medical jargon
  • Faster, more confident decisions — next steps and options finally make sense
  • Measurable value for health systems — improve follow-through and reduce patients lost to confusion
  • Privacy-preserving by design — de-identified workflow; founders hold HIPAA and Texas HB 300 certifications

Our reports support education and understanding — they do not diagnose, treat, or replace physician guidance.

Our Story

Two journeys. One mission.
Built together, from the inside out.

"We lived it from two different sides of the same problem — and realized millions of patients are still facing it alone."

Reem and Ayman El-Sawa, Co-Founders

Reem's Journey

Cancer survivor

Overwhelmed by pathology results, imaging reports, and treatment plans she couldn't absorb — while fighting for her life and trying to make the right decisions for her family.

Together

Ayman's Journey

Serious spinal conditions

Buried under multiple imaging studies, physician notes, and treatment decisions — piecing together a path forward from fragmented information that never came together in one clear picture.

Survivor
Co-Founder & Managing Member · Wife & Mother

"I sat in that waiting room holding reports I couldn't fully understand — at the exact moment I needed clarity most. That helplessness became our mission."

When Reem was diagnosed with cancer, the world didn't slow down — but her understanding of it did. Appointment after appointment, she left with stacks of pathology results, imaging reports, and treatment plans written in a language that felt deliberately out of reach.

She would sit in her car after visits, report in hand, trying to make sense of words she'd never heard. At home, she'd search terms late into the night, piecing together fragments from the internet, wondering if she was understanding any of it correctly. The fear wasn't only about the diagnosis. It was about not knowing — not knowing what it meant, what came next, or whether she was asking the right questions while her family looked to her for answers.

Reem was doing everything right — showing up, advocating, researching — and still felt invisible inside a system that had all the answers but none of the time to share them in a way she could hold onto.

The Reports

Pathology, imaging, and treatment plans — technically accurate, emotionally impossible to absorb alone.

The Nights

Searching medical terms at midnight, terrified she was missing something that mattered.

"I had twenty years in healthcare technology — and still couldn't make sense of my own spinal imaging reports. If I couldn't, how could anyone else?"

While Reem fought cancer, Ayman was fighting his own battle — serious spinal conditions that brought a relentless stream of MRI results, specialist notes, and treatment options. Each document arrived separately. None of them connected into a picture he could actually understand or act on.

As a healthcare IT professional with over 20 years of experience, Ayman knew how clinical systems were supposed to work. But sitting at the kitchen table with stacks of imaging studies and physician notes, he felt the same helplessness Reem did — searching terms, second-guessing decisions, trying to be strong for his family while privately drowning in information.

That was the moment the gap became undeniable: even the most capable patients — even the technologists who build these systems — are left to decode their own health alone.

Imaging Overload

Multiple MRI and specialist reports — each one a piece of the puzzle, none showing the full picture.

Treatment Decisions

Surgery options, conservative care, referrals — life-altering choices without a clear guide to understand them.

Ayman's Credentials
  • 20+ years in IT and healthcare technology, including direct healthcare IT implementation
  • EMR/EHR, private cloud, and AI-enabled platform deployment experience
  • PMP Certified — Project Management Professional
  • Founders hold HIPAA and Texas HB 300 privacy certifications

That shared helplessness became My Bridge Clarity.

Reem and Ayman looked at each other across the kitchen table — two different conditions, the same crushing confusion — and realized: if two educated, determined people couldn't understand their own medical information, millions of patients must be facing this too.

They didn't start a company because they saw a market opportunity. They built the guide they desperately needed — for themselves, for each other, and for every patient still sitting alone with a report they can't read. That is My Bridge Clarity.
